Do you accept insurance
Yes, we are currently accepting the following insurance: CIGNA, United HealthCare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Texas, Oscar Health, & Oxford. Cash/Debit payments are also accepted.

Are you seeing clients in person at a physical location?
On October 26th (2023) we will be opening our location at 1100 West 23rd Street, Ste 213, Houston, TX. 77008. In the meantime, I am seeing clients virtually.

How long does your counseling session last?
Individual sessions are 50 minutes, and couple sessions are
80 minutes

How much are your sessions?
Individual sessions are $150 (50 minutes), and couple sessions are
$180 (80 minutes)
